We offer all our potential clients a free, 1 hour initial consultation. This meeting allows us to get to know each other, for us to understand your business needs and discuss which services may be of benefit to you.

 We offer a wide range of professional services including;
  • Day to day bookkeeping at a frequency to suit your business (e.g invoicing, maintenance of general and subsidiary ledger accounts, month end reporting, trial balance, bank reconciliation, asset register maintenance)
  • VAT Returns
  • Self Assessment Tax Returns
  • Year End Accounts
  • CIS Registration, payments and reporting
  • Full Computerised Payroll including Auto Enrolment

You can choose one service as a one off for that year, or a range of services throughout the year. We are certified Sage 50 Accounts users, certified QuickBooks online users, Brightpay Payroll users (also trained on Sage 50 Payroll amongst other systems) and are qualified in manual bookkeeping and payroll. We will discuss software needs during our meeting, and we are also happy to use your existing software.

Following our initial consultation we will draft and send to you a Letter of Engagement. This letter will detail our fee's and the services requested. It will also include our terms and conditions.

Due to Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, we are required to validate our clients identity, we will discuss this with you during the consultation.
